THIRD-PARTY ADMINISTRATOR SERVICES

Forward Edge Associates offers third party administrative (TPA) services. A TPA is someone that a business contracts with to provide a full range of testing services. We offer TPA services to a wide array of business organizations that range from those that are privately owned to hospitals.

TPA services include:

• Assisting your company in developing it’s drug testing policy
  
  
• Announcing and explaining the policy to employees to ease confusion and resistance
  
  
• Training your supervisors to recognize and deal with drug abuse in the workplace
  
  
• Set up specimen collection and alcohol testing sites where needed
  
  
• Furnish participation in a random drug and alcohol testing consortium
  
  
• Provide statistical summaries and management reports on your substance abuse testing program
  
  
• Provide Medical Review Officer (MRO) services
